California residents: Under CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
1.7 Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
1.8 Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at privacy@projectsix.com and we will delete it promptly.
1.9 Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.
1.10 International Data Transfers
Our operations are based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, to protect your information.

All content on the Site β including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio and video content, software, and the "Project Six" name and brand β is the property of Project Six LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name, likeness, and imagery of Allyson Felix are used with authorization and remain the property of the respective rights holders.
You may share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent from Project Six LLC.
2.5 User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, messages, or other content to us (including on social media using our branded hashtags or tags), you grant Project Six LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with our Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

2.8 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJECT SIX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Six LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
2.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Denver, Colorado. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Denver, Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration.
2.11 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2.12 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Project Six's story is one of inclusion β every woman who has been told to shrink belongs here. That principle extends to our digital platforms. We are committed to ensuring our website and content are accessible to people with disabilities.
3.1 Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also seek compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) for video content.
3.2 Implemented Accessibility Features

- Skip navigation link β a "Skip to main content" link is available at the top of every page, activated via keyboard focus
- Semantic HTML β proper use of heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA roles and labels

- Color contrast β all text meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 normal text, 3:1 large text)

- Resizable text β text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Responsive design β fully usable on mobile and tablet devices
- Accessible forms β all form fields include programmatic labels and accessible error messages
- Reduced motion support β animations are disabled for users who prefer reduced motion
- High contrast mode support β content remains legible in forced colors / high contrast mode
3.3 Podcast and Audio Content
- Episode transcripts are made available alongside each episode on our website
- Transcripts are formatted in accessible, searchable text (not images of text)
- Podcast player controls are keyboard accessible and labeled for screen reader users
- We aim to publish transcripts within 5 business days of each episode release
3.4 Video Content
- Closed captions (CC) are provided for all pre-recorded video content
- Audio descriptions are provided where visual information is essential to understanding
- Live streamed content will include real-time captioning (CART) where technically feasible
- Video player controls are fully keyboard accessible
3.5 Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some embedded third-party widgets (social media feeds, interactive maps) may have limitations outside our direct control. We are actively working with vendors to address these. Legacy content published prior to April 2026 may be updated on a rolling basis.

5.3 Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

- A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10β14 business days unless a court order is obtained.
5.4 Repeat Infringers
Project Six LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Timeline
We aim to acknowledge all legal inquiries within 2 business days and resolve them within 30 days where possible. If we cannot resolve your matter informally, disputes are subject to binding arbitration as described in Section 2.10 of our Terms of Use.
